Terms of Service

By approving a quote or engaging GTR Design Group for services, the client agrees to the following terms.

Quotes and Scope of Work
Quotes are based on the scope of work described in the quote and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Work outside the quoted scope, including additional revisions or design changes, may require additional fees.

Revisions
Unless otherwise stated in the quote, one reasonable revision is included. Additional revisions or changes to the original scope may be billed separately. Any additional charges will be communicated to the client before the additional work is completed.

Payment
Invoices are due within 15 days unless otherwise stated. ACH bank transfer and Zelle are preferred payment methods. Other available payment methods may also be used.

Project Approval
Work will begin after the client approves the quote or otherwise authorizes GTR Design Group to proceed. Client approval confirms acceptance of the scope, pricing, and these terms.

Design Files and Deliverables
Final files and deliverables will be provided in the formats specified in the quote or agreed upon during the project. The client is responsible for reviewing final files and confirming that they meet project requirements before manufacturing, production, or other use.

3D Printing and Manufacturing
CAD models and design files may require adjustment based on the specific manufacturing process, material, equipment, or tolerances used. Unless specifically included in the project scope, GTR Design Group does not guarantee the performance of third-party manufacturing or 3D printing processes.

Payment and File Release
Final production-ready files may be withheld until payment for the applicable work has been received in full.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because GTR Design Group provides custom design services, payments for work already completed are non-refundable.

If a project is canceled before work begins, no fee will be charged unless otherwise stated in the approved quote.

If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed through the cancellation date.

If a deposit or advance payment has been made, any portion attributable to work already completed is non-refundable. Any remaining unused balance will be refunded when applicable.

If GTR Design Group is unable to complete an agreed project, the client will not be charged for work that was not performed.
